About me

I have a passion for building strong teams that accomplish what others view as impossible. I believe that people help people, not programs or technology. My formula for success has always been: Adding value to my staff through assisting them in growing, making informed- data-driven decisions, and using technology to accelerate what we are doing.

My background is in business, technology and accessibility.

In 2008, I started my own non-profit organization called The Guardian Fellowship. We mentored children in downtown Newark and quickly became the model for near-peer mentoring.  You can read about our program on our blog.

In 2017, I relaunched my program as the Guardian Institute for Leadership. The Institute is composed of 3 unique sectors: Near-peer mentoring,  Skills Training, and a Marketplace to help businesses find the right people to tackle the world biggest problems.

My ultimate mission is to help the world achieve its goals by teaching the world how to think and respond in new ways.
